When people live together in freedom, each person's freedom must be limited by the right of others to be free, but no more than necessary for that purpose.

The Rise and Fall of Freedom

in the

United States of America

Nick Noel

The purpose of our federal government is to provide national security, establish justice, and avoid wars between our own States to protect individual freedom for the welfare of all Americans--not to empower elected officials and bureaucrats to take what we produce, control us, and mold us into who they think we should be.

Most of the powers that the President, Congress, and the Supreme Court exercise over us today are powers they do not legitimately possess.  The people granted them limited powers through the U.S. Constitution to protect our freedom, but they've twisted its words, lied about what it says, and ruled against it to claim unlimited powers over us.

Young Americans graduating from school, starting families, and trying to start careers need a federal government that protects their freedom, not government that promises them candy and a free ride, only to abuse them and steal their freedom.

Government now takes about half of everything we produce, and wants more.  Besides stealing our labor, our leaders want to use our money to control us completely.

Despite all it takes from us, our government has run out of money to pay for all the candy and free rides politicians promise, and it's quickly losing its ability to ensure our national security.  To raise the money they need to finish extinguishing our freedom, our leaders are mortgaging our future and stealing from our children and grandchildren.

The Rise and Fall of Freedom in the United States of America explains the principles of freedom on which our founders built this country, and lays out what we could have done in 2012 to preserve and restore our freedom

Despite the devastating blow struck against freedom by the 2012 election, we simply can't give up.  Americans can and will find a way to restore our freedom!
